About

Founded in 2017, the Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute Foundation began as a collaborative effort—a task force made up of members from 14 veteran service organizations in Eau Claire County, all dedicated to serving local veterans and their families.

Honoring Service, Building a Legacy

The Foundation’s first mission was to design and build a proper tribute in the Chippewa Valley—a space where flag holidays could be honored, and veterans’ sacrifices remembered. This tribute is just the beginning.

A Future of Advocacy and Support

Once the Veterans Park is complete, our vision is to expand our efforts by advocating for veterans' needs across the Chippewa Valley and beyond. We aim to support programs that address some of the most pressing challenges veterans face, including:

  • Homelessness

  • Suicide prevention

  • Mental health support

  • Housing assistance

  • Job placement

  • Reintegration into civilian life

By establishing a strong foundation that unites veteran services under one umbrella, we can provide more impactful, long-term support for those who have served.

Thank You, Chippewa Valley

The outpouring of community support for the Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute Foundation has been truly inspiring. It is an honor and privilege to work alongside this incredible community in support of our veterans. Together, we can make a lasting difference.
